Ppl who are ignorant/uneducated don't understand that researchers in areas such as social science, communications and journalism are bound by ethics, validity and reliability. They have to be accountable for what they report to the public.

When a company intends to use an image or likeness of an individual for profit, they must secure the individual's permission. So why is this shit public domain?

No attorney- but if they are drunk they do not have the capacity to make this decision. Seems like Francis is trying to skate the law

Everybody has done something stupid in their life. To see it on a box or infomercial has to be pretty hard.
