A shallow person who acknowledges their own physical quirks and deformities and laughs at them anyway? How interesting. I'll favor being secure in myself, INCLUDING MY FAULTS FOR ALL TO SEE than throw my favor behind some mystical sense of the supernatural.

This whole "i don't judge people" crap is making me gag. People judge things 24/7, it's hardwired into your genes. If i can laugh at it without malice because I know I'm not perfect either, that shows much more depth than keeping myself bottled up.

As far as getting over myself and my niece...well, take a look at yourself, buster. Your ego makes the Titanic look like a tugboat.

You mistake confidence for ego. Ego would mean I laugh at things without a sense of my own failings, when nothing could be further from the truth. I acknowledged my physical low points. You don't seem capable of doing the same, so until you can climb down off your high horse and join the rest of the people who aren't perfect don't presume to lecture me on how I view myself and others.

Why does that not surprise me? People who lack tact or diplomacy, are initially amusing but inevitably boring. When people get sick of them they probably find a pasture and rant and rave to a herd of cattle, who can only moo in protest.

You acknowledged that you have a birth defect, but if you indeed acknowledged your imperfections you wouldn't be snickering at people with defects. I don't know why you would think I don't acknowledge my physical low points. There's nothing wrong with being confident, but laughing at people who can't help how they look is cruel.
