There is a bit of difference between Nick and Ritchie Sambora. Time is an important factor. Now if Jessica filed for divorce and the very next day Nick was out with a woman it would be different. Plus there aren't any kids involved here. Not saying Ritchie can't date who ever but his timing could be better.

I don't see what the big deal is. If someone has filed for divorce, are they not allowed to date? Obviously the marriage is already over if divorce has been filed, so what's the big deal?

I'm not a fan of either Sambora or Richards, but they both had already filed for divorce by the time they got together. I don't believe they've done anything wrong - more power to them.

To me there isn't a huge deal. But if your a celeb and worry about public image it does matter. It looks rather odd you have to admit. Sure, they both filed for divorce but only days later you hook up with your wife's good friend. It also could weaken your stance in court. Perception does matter even if you did nothing wrong. Sucks but that's the way it is.

I am so sick of JS. The only reason she is so famoous is because she married NL. Then she treated him like dirt. I wish jessica, ashlee, and pimp..opps I mean pappa joe would just go away. IMO

puleese, she is probably making up the whole "friends" thing. they probably spoke 2 sentences together, if that, and so now she's trying to play the victim. too little too late! the whole world knows your a skank, and theres no hiding it! plus who was the one who cheated on their husband when they were married?

Yea, I agree. Not because Nick shouldn't be doing as he pleases, because he should. But the fact that Vanessa encouraged her to leave Nick, and then hooks up with Nick herself. That is what's scandalous to me!
