I don't think they're filming a scene if the crew and the camera, which isn't pointing at them, are in the shot.
Plus there are more than a couple pics of her gazing adoringly up at him, giving him that inappropriate body hug.
I think they must just not care that there are people around or think they are slick and that nobody
can *prove* anything since there's no tongue or penetration. 
I don't know, I think the body language seems really inappropriate.

I've seen her get pretty touchy with Adrian Pasdar.. and I've seen her out on the town with Milo Ventimiglia (however you spell that) and the Sylar guy... so this is pretty believable.
PLUS, Kristen from 'Watch with Kristen' did a BI along the same lines about a week or two ago...

I have to admit that she is giving him some "longing gazes"...like I said before she might have a crush on him but he's a guy and probably has no idea...we never do!  , I would say that hold does look inapropriate! I mean she is only 17
