If you know of people who fake being bi-polar and mentally fucked to get disability, then notify the authorities. Whatever they are called in your locale, do a little research, and turn these turds in. That's not "1984" snitching, that's called helping to apprehend someone who is committing a crime. You can remain anonymous, if afraid of repercussions. If the first few people who answer the phones at your state or county level don't know what the fuck they are doing, call another agency, or ask to speak to the person in charge of them. There are laws that are not always enforced, but can be enforced, if circumstances are right. Some Investigators do care about the taxpayers and are careful to collect evidence to prepare a case. Most do not. But it is usually a taxpayer who knows that someone is abusing the system that gets the ball rolling.
I am retired from Social Services, at a County level. I cannot and will not tell any stories, but what I have just typed is non-confidential, just a possible avenue for honest taxpayers who know of fraudulent recipients and want it to stop.
And by the way, a lovely home for them would cost way more than 600 dollars a month. Where would that $$$ come from, most likely the taxpayers. GRRRRrrrrrrrrrr
