well Gillian pregnancy was confirmed in the peorple mag....and if you calculate when her due date is on when when she got pg. one can say she also confirmed she cheated on her hubby and got pg that being the reason for her marriage break-up!!

She's a damn good actress. I thought she was as smart as Scully until I saw her on a night time talk show. I was so disappointed that she was such a ditz. Until that point, I was one of those shippers who thought she would have gone well with David Duchovny in real life. But he's a smart guy both on and off X-files... and she's a total whack job. Tea Leoni was a much better match even though other shippers were way pissed off when he married her.

At least it seems that she is handling her money that she can do the projects she wants to do. I wish she would get some more high profile roles because her acting is first rate.

Gillyfan (if you ever actually came back to check...), I would suggest that you go visit an X-files fansite. PM me if you want the address of a good one (as I don't want to upset mods by adding a link).

Oh, and as for the English accent - aside from spending part of her childhood in England she's been living/working over here for a few years now, so that'll be where the accent will have come from. I used to work in Liverpool during the week and then weekend in Yorkshire and my accent used to migrate all over the bloody place without me realising. My stepdad's sister in law is American, although you'd never realise it by hearing her speak - she sounds very Northern England now. When you are surrounded by an accent all the time you pick it up naturally.

i think she was raised in london according to my friends. this is why she speaks like that, but i must agree that if you are not sure you want to be with someone why get married. but she is the only one that knows the answer to that question.

soogar i guess that is what makes he's so funny i looked up some of her interviews on youtube and comes across as genuine. i believe david is the guys name he seem to have that dry humor which can seem cod sometime. but who knows opposite attract. but she seems ike a smart ladylol

OMFG this is so old and I love that red head... here's a funny; my friend did a playboy shoot and she was so preppy and never watched X-Files at the time but when the proofs came out she straight up looked like Gillian; it was pretty wild.
