I agree with you that if George is a risk to the public (which he seems to be) he should be banned from driving, but I really can't get excited about posession of a small amount of a class C drug for personal use.

The point I was making about OJ/MJ was merely that it isn't only in England where the law can be an ass, and in some instances for far more serious crimes than nodding off in your car.
