I think the whole custody thing has her bogged down now and she's not really worried about who's waiting for a comeback. And if the video was made while they were married or again before the orignal aggrement was signed could he still use it?
It's just not that specific video that would cause damage, but there's way more stuff out there depicting her loony and unstable behavior, and there are ways to get the real stuff that would be effective. She is, afterall, daily exposing filth and lunacy. All that costs $money$, does Kfed have it for the endurance that it would take? Lawyers could eat him up!
