No doubt Dog's no angel. He's admitted his wild past. Also, he has to be one tough sonofagun considering the line of work he's in. The man has street smarts and he's no fool--but I've never heard him publicly proclaim he's a saint either. My opinion is that on a bad day, who's NOT a fricken A-hole? ^^I agree, PG. I wouldn't be surprized if this son has a major drug problem, is maybe even in jail for it, and is bitterly laying blame whereever he can as bitter drug addicts often do.--starting with his famous father. But who really knows; this is just a guess. All i know is, i respect the work that Dog does.

Dog has admitted a very rough and drug filled past, but i don't know it i buy this son's story. Dog has 3 of his older children working with him. They all admit they have had hard feelings growing up, but have reconciled and now seem very close. I wonder if this son is jealous that he hasn't been asked to join the team, be on tv, and share a piece of the wealth like DuaneLee, Leland, and Lyssa have.

I'm not at all surprised that Dog is an asshole to his sons and is a racist homophobe. Many religious fundamentalists are terrible to their children, and of course hate gay men. After all religious fanaticism is nothing more than an addiction to religion and moralizing. Why wouldn't a religious fundamentalist be a total hypocrite just like other addicts who like to come off as fifties-style all-American family guys ?
And I can't tell you how many times that whole 'tough love' thing has been used as an excuse to be abusive to one's kids.
