I have a similar problem, I don't have close friends that are girls or boys, just my hubby. I guess that I strayed away from my old high school crowd and now I don't keep it touch with them anymore.

If Angelina wants a friend, I will "hang" out with her, if she pays me.

I don't have the time now with husband and kid to hang out with friends like I used to, but aside from my 2 or 3 good female friends since childhood, most of my friends were guys too. I've been friendly with several other females, but the 2-3 I just mentioned were the only ones I ever considered true friends and the only females outside of family members I ever felt like I could absolutely trust, sad as that sounds. I hate how most women initially have their claws out when you meet them, even if eventually they turn out to be someone I end up getting along well with! What on earth is up with that? Are women in general really that insecure?

Yes, yes they are. Generally, I think so. When I started my first job as a teen, every woman in that place hated me on sight. It was ridiculous... I was a giggling, friendly little virginal thing, and all those women thought I was going to be after all the men they were after (at work). They couldn't have been more wrong, and eventually they figured that out and warmed out to me, but damn! I've encountered it since then... every time I go out with my boyfriend, the girls I meet are eyeballing me and all the other girls. It's sad.

Not here. Not unless they're bitchy and evil to me first. And they don't even have to be pretty to do that. I agree with the others on here who maintain that a person cannot be *stolen*, unless we're talking about kidnapping someone against his will. Maybe she took advantage of a man with no dick control, but let's be real here. Brad should have had dick control. I don't worry about other women stealing my husband...even if it were Angelina who found him hot.

It doesn't matter if she has girlfriends, she's making movies and raising kids. Having Brad Pitt as a boyfriend doesn't hurt. I have kids and friends, but my kids come first.

I hear ya. I know my true friends because they're the ones I can still call if it's been a couple months since we've talked. They understand because they have pretty much the same busy lives with kids, husbands, jobs. First things first. I know single or childless people sometimes can't understand this. I was the last of our group to marry and have a kid so I've been through that.
