How could he have broken up with her in Hawaii when they were together at the Grammy after party on Feb 11? Maybe she was waiting for a date to be set and he won't go there. Jon told Howard Stern that Richie was drinking to excess but not over Denise. And I don't believe those stories that he's wanted Heather back, he let go of her way way before she even filed for divorce. Denise was wearing the ring that Richie got for her at that Disney "Ratatoille" movie premiere the other day.
