If she did put up with the abuse from Sheen that she described, surely she deserves a little more sympathy than she's getting. I don't think there's one thing that has caused this "witch hunt." It's a combination of things. She aired her dirty laundry in an extremely public way and seems to continue to do so. She said things in public that are going to be so hurtful to their children as they get older. Can you imagine hearing "Your dad thought I should have aborted you?" Seriously? Even if the guy is the scum of the universe (which is quite possible), why would you ever put it out their for your children to hear. That's not being a protective mother, that's being a vindictive b*tch.

Finally, she shacked up with her best friend's ex. That's not cool on any level.

I really don't know what the hell to think, but I do have to say I helped Heather in an LA clothing boutique a couple of times in the early 90's.
