I'd say The Hoff has hit bottom and if this doesn't bring him to the surface, I don't know what will. I'm not so sure his wife is all that innocent though. I've heard/read stories that she's a bit on the edge too so she'd better hope she doesn't have too many skeletons in her closet. Shame for the kids.

I think this is just cruel. His kids saw him drunk and making an ass of himself. It's not like he was beating the crap out of them. I feel sorry for the Hoff.

Well, I've just had a look at the case stuff & Opri isn't (at this moment) logged as her lawyer.
They have dates booked up the wazzo (up to October 07).
But its not like only one of them has changed their councel 9 times, they're both at it...

I think that's why they've got all these court dates planned - for drug (& alcohol?) testing. She's already been found as testing positive for coke....

I think this is wrong. And so many of these cases are one-sided. If it had been reversed and the wife was the one drunk, I would guarantee you that the judge would not have terminated the mother's visitiation rights.

she is alledged to be a drug user & has tested positive in court ordered tests for cocaine use....
