Scientologist don't preach anything about a higher power but think they can become one through their e-meter crap and taking money. And they don't want you unless you have money. The more the better. Not very Christ-like imo.
They have no business calling themselves a religion.
I wonder what Katies Catholic parents make of all this?

You can't get anywhere. I grew up in the DC area and when I went back to visit this summer, my boyfriend and I tried to go. We stood in front of it, pretending to admire it until someone came up and asked us if we had any business there. We told them the building was beautiful and asked if we could come in. They told us no, and unless we had "official" business they would have to ask us to go. We were on the sidewalk! Last I checked sidewalks are public property.

Wow, Tom is going to be looked upon as Christ....I actually find this scary. The guy is freaky now I hate to think how he will be now if all Scientologists think he is christ.. 
KrisNine be thankful they didn't let you in to look at the building you may never got out again.
