totally agree.

[quote=Novice;685536]Fair enough - but I heard it from a gay guy who frequented London clubs (whom I trust).
I alway thought that Andy was picked because he wanted to be an actor & this was seen as not "manly" enough for a family that usually went into the army.

You are mixing up Edward and Andy. Andy was "randy Andy" who married Fergie. Edward is the gay one who wants to act and married Sophie. Andy was in the armed services.

Prince Edward:

Prince Andrew:

Poor boys ... neither one seems to be aging well. Andrew was quite handsome - the best looking of the three brothers - when he was younger.

"Monogamous", huh? She was married with 2 kids. With God knows how many other lovers. Camilla and Charles are a great fug match.Let's not get carried away with their virtue, though.

I saw a photo of Edward in one of his theatres pretending to be a teapot. He is a good actor.

I said she was an adulterer and I used quotes around 'monogamous' meaning she had a relationship with Charles, not an endless string of unsuitable and/or married lovers like Saint Diana. Camilla's husband Andrew Parker Bowles was no slouch in the infidelity game either and he knew about her relationship with Charles but chose to turn a blind eye so long as Camilla didn't ask too many questions about his mistresses either. This kind of arrangement isn't unheard of in royal circles *cough*theQueenandPrincePhillip*cough*.

And I don't understand what Charles' and Camillia's "fug" looks have to do with anything. She may not be as beautiful as Diana but at least she isn't batshit crazy and has always carried herself with dignity and discretion.

I watched it this evening, it was rubbish and completely pro-camilla. Nothing I haven't heard before, but I think that she should be allowed to be Queen if that's what she and Charles truly desires.

I think Edward wishes he was Queen.

Oh! Oh! Oh! When I was in London I heard the best royal gossip ever. Apparently it IS Andy who is gay (although still lots of questions about Eddie). Here's the deal--and this came from someone very reliable--Andy's long-term gay lover was dying from AIDS, so they married him off to Fergie, who was in on the deal. When the lover died of AIDS, the royals 'exposed' Fergie in the toe-sucking incident (they knew she was taking lovers) to divert attention in case anyone was on to the story or noticed that Andy was devastated. They could explain his unhappiness at his losing his wife. Fergie and Andy are still great friends and he's not forgiven his asshat of a father for treating Fergie so badly since the divorce, since he was one of the people who hatched the whole damn thing in the first place.

That would tie in with what my Navy friend told me, including the AIDS rumours. It is interesting that Andrew hasn't been romantically linked with anyone since the divorce. He'd still be quite a catch for some upper class gal with an ambitious mother.

However, you'd think that if Fergie was 'in' on the coverup the Family would make damn sure she didn't have any reason to spill the beans but instead she was treated pretty badly, although she did deserve some of it after her appalling behaviour.

I don't know how appalling it was to get yourself some sex when you're married to a gay man. As far as why they treat her like shit...maybe they have something else on her. They're all so bonkers that I wouldn't be surprised at anything.

Huh like Diana wasn't a woman of easy virtue either. The aristocracy have always played fast an loose with virtue when it suited them. Why do you think they have so much inbreeding?

Anyway I remember seeing the advert and there was a comment from this guy about how the british public wouldn't tolerate Camilla as Queen just yet. The British public couldn't care less unless they are Express readers and or Diana Fantantics, which does actually appear to be a dying breed.
