I know! I seriously hope someone in her inner circle is speeding over to wherever she is to take care of her. She needs to be in a psych ward, really. That's suicidal depression, fo' sure. That video and the look on her face is just.... she's in a really really bad place mentally.

In some rehab centers if you refuse a drug test so that they can evaluate what form of detox to suit you, they will use hair to test it, as everything comes up in the hair and such. I think her shaving her hair is probably in part to not wanting to "submit" and "acknowledge" drug usage and might parttake in why she left the rehab.
I don't think she thinks she's that far gone. How long till we have another ANS story, this time the star is "Britney"

Maybe this is a good thing. Her hair was probably damaged and short anyway. She always had extensions, which can damage the hair. When I cut my hair short, it felt soo good.

Not to trivialize this, but I hadn't noted her going brunette, and well...it suits her. She looked better with it brown, rather than that nasty blonde.
As far as this stunt goes, she's just pullin' this shit for pr, just like Loho and Paris and all her new "friends". Notice she regards the camera..."sure you got this shot of me being crazy ya'll?"

I really feel bad for her..she seemed kinda paranoid in the video..but this is actually pretty shocking...who really knows why? even if the "truth" does come out it could just all be a cover story. Who knows?

even with her head shaved, you can still see real patches of bald spots, probably due to all her extensions and hair dye changes.

Why would anyone even tatoo someone who didn't seem to be in the best mental state and not making sense. I think that this is just a PR stunt by Britney so I'm not really feeling too much sympathy for her.
