I think it was Britney who released the tape cos as someone else said in another thread (dunno where I read it), it's to shift attention from her divorce and get start cracking on her revamped, sexy image. I mean, Paris Hilton's sex tape did wonders for her career (*making retching noises*).
Also, Kevin didn't know about the divorce AND he's on tour, so he couldn't get his grubby hand on the video to release so quickly (and I'm sure he's got other, bigger issues on his mind). Britney knew she was going to divorce his ass so she was all prepared.

It may or maynot be her, but IF IT IS so what? She is having sex with her husband! Its not like she is screwing someone else, showing she had a affair. I didn't watch it, but I don't see the big controversy. Its like showing Jay-Z/Beyonce screwing, how is that a scandel? If anyone leaked it, I don't see it being her. I think its Fed Ex. He would do anything to drum up more publicity. She seems like she is ready to clean up her image. The weight loss, going back to blonde, talking with her ex manager, ice skating (not partying) she really has NOTHING to gain from a old sex tape. Especially if its one where they were first married.

I've seen the tape, its disgusting. But its not the one here, i saw one on limewire a few months ago and britney had dark hair too, and it definetly looked like her.
