I remember that at the part when Britney started to cry, she briefly looked off camera and says to someone "no, it's okay". Someone must have asked her if she wanted to stop for a few moments and regain her composure. I assumed it must have been her PR people, but if not I guess it was the NBC crew.

It sad when she's so clueless that the media tried to throw her a bone.

Thanks for the links, I will be showing these to my children as a reason to expand their vocabulary and social skills. She is so stupid, I feel sorry for her. Until I think about the millions of dollars she has....after that, I just refer to her as 'skanky white trash'.

Well, if Britney gets all upset about how people react to this interview, then she brought it on herself. On the other hand, if she wants people to know the "real" Britney - we got a scary glimpse of that.

This is an article that didn't have to be written. No publicist in their right mind would have allowed that to go on screen or say the things she tried - between gum chomping to say.

She's just a trainwreck. And there are so many reasons why, and we've discussed them to death. It's just sad to see someone so dumb, and thats being nice, just get even dumber and dumber. And yet it's also hilarious.

My Goodness, This stupid bitch is dumber than I thought, and here I was feeling sorry for her and thinking she had a sizeable amount of brain matter. Now the eyelash falling off, that I woulda loved to have seen.

. There aren't too many good reality shows on TV these days anyway.

I could care less for Britney, but when a really successful artist as big as she is is crashing and burning this hard, it's so hard to look away and not comment. She is pretty retarded and like I've said on so many occassions, she deserves everything that she gets, plus K-Fed running away with all her money while he and Shar lounge in Maui enjoying the very last of it.

We've all watched Whitney crash & burn due to drugs, but we can understand how drugs do that to a person.

This Britney crash & burn is another thing altogether. It's so interesting to speculate the hows & whys.

I think it's all a giant, belated teenage rebellion - a rebellion against everything she's been doing with her life, and with all the resources that she has, it has consequences that are lightyears beyond what a normal rebellion would entail.

I can understand why she needs to rebel, but I think she's going about it in incredibly stupid ways. The marriage to K-Fed has seemed like a huge fuck you to her mother and handlers all along, IMO - she married the sleaziest, skeeviest guy she could find just to piss everybody off.

I only seen a clip of this on the news. I can't bring myself to watch the whole thing. I can only imagine from what is being said that she made a complete fool of herself yet again.
