I don't know. Custody battles aren't cut and dried. They're at a conservative judge's discretion. I'm not saying this is a big damning revelation, but it adds more to the character assasination that he's pulling.

Marilyn had problems, but she never lost her dignity to such an extent. It's also true that, back then, such behavior would have been even less tolerated, Marilyn was fired by Fox for much less. Also, Marilyn had a very sweet side to her, she didn't have the arrogance Britney has.
