Little people are multi-faceted human beings, and are a diverse group. They are not cookie-cutter images of each other, and are not going to behave alike. Expecting them to do so is DISRESPECTFUL to them as multi-faceted diverse people.
It's a problem when a person's sense of identity is based solely on one aspect of themselves. They start policing the actions of others who share that aspect.
Sometimes I wonder if people, deep down, perceive adult little people as children, or at least child-like, and therefore, in need of extra protection. I think THAT is degrading.

The picture of kitty was during kitty's first auditing session. Kitty was moments away from a "win" Kitty just didn't understand we were working toward its own good.
Unfortunately, kitty's check payment for the session bounced due to insufficient funds. It's Cash Only for kitty, now.
