They'll say he shouldn't have gotten in the way of their convoy. They were probably delivering goodies and items to the needy.

Jolie good chase
Donkeys slow down the paparazzi as they chase Angelina through the crowded streets of Pune
Mumbai Mirror Bureau
The paparazzi assembled at Pune are showing no signs of weakening. Yesterday a cluster of them, 20-odd packed into five cars and a few more in autorickshaws, chased Angelina Jolie all the way from Le Meridien to Aundh.
As they reached Aundh, however, both the chasers and the chased came up against a unique roadblock – a pack of donkeys. Everything came to a standstill then, and the photographers could get a picture. In the hurry to get ahead, however, one of the paparazzi cars dashed into a passing motorbike, overturning it and injuring the couple riding on it. Residents of Aundh, a normally sleepy suburb of Pune, mustn’t be too happy with the extravaganza unfolding in their backyard, anyway. Now there’s speeding paparazzi posing a risk to their life and limb…
Meanwhile, there’s also rivalry brewing between the paparazzi. Apparently, some of them who were in an auto and couldn’t get near enough Angelina’s Merc because the way was being blocked by another paparazzi car, flashed a knife at the photographers in the car.

Angelina's Driver Swipes a Biker By Natalie Finn
Wed Oct 11, 7:43 PM ET
Whoopsy-daisy.
NBC News reported Wednesday that a car Angelina Jolie was riding in peeled away from a traffic signal, supposedly to avoid a pack of photographers, and hit a man on a motorbike.
Police confirmed to the network that 19-year-old Mittal Rawat was hit by the vehicle while Jolie was riding in the car, reading. The teenager himself was the one who pointed out that the actress' driver was looking to escape some eager paparazzi.
Jolie and Brad Pitt are in Pune, India, about 125 miles southeast of Mumbai, filming A Mighty Heart, a biopic about slain Wall Street Journal reporter Daniel Pearl. Jolie plays Pearl's widow, Mariane, and Pitt is producing.
The comely couple donated $100,000 to the Daniel Pearl Foundation Tuesday, on what would have been the journalist's 43rd birthday.
Luckily the young man who took a tumble at the hands of Jolie's driver was doing well enough to speak to reporters afterward, just as the photog who was shoved by a member of Brangelina's security detail Saturday was able to inform the Hindustan Times that the grab-happy bodyguard threatened to kill him.
But apparently even that incident wasn't enough to deter those anxious for yet another picture of Jolie in a foreign country.(got that right..she is publicity hungry bitch) The Mr. and Mrs. Smith star was also forced to cut short an outing with son Maddox Sunday when the flashbulb-popping crowd swarmed the rickshaw mother and child were touring in every time it came to a stop. great way to keep your kid safe..in a rickshaw.*eyeroll*
And Wednesday's incident just serves to further prove that paparazzi plus celebs and moving vehicles can equal a highly combustible mix

Man, every time celebrities fuck up now, they blame the paparazzi. They forced Britney to drive 50 mph with her infant son in her lap, they forced Linsday to have drive into something, and now they've forced Angelina's entourage to run someone over...somebody has go to stop the paparazzi before it's too late!

LOL thousands of people get run over in India every day, its not like they have much of a traffic system
|
Absolutely what I was going to say. Go to India and see what it's like. As far as hitting the kid, bad move but I'm guessing AJ wasn't behind the wheel...although she could have made the driver stop. But then again, what would have ensued? Shit, I don't even know what I think about this anymore. And yes, this is like a Springer show.

Didn't you see the footage of them in India? This swarm of amateur photographers were practically climbing on top of the vehicle trying to get pictures of Angelina! What idiots! Hellooooo!! Moving vehicle, get out of the goddamn way! The car wasn't even going that fast because the photographers were standing in front of the vehicle, blocking it's path. Angelina was sitting in the back seat...it looked like she was looking down, flipping through a book or something. She wasn't even waving, causing a commotion or egging them on. It's no wonder more of these paparrazzi didn't get hit. What the hell do these photogs in India think, that cars don't hit people? They're not cows, they're not holy, okay? Lesson number one: Americans eat beef and run over people. Maybe next time there's a moving vehicle driving down the road they'll move out of the way...lol
