Brittany Murphy is planning to turn her back on acting to become a pop star.
The sexy actress provides guest vocals on the track 'Faster Pussycat' on British DJ Paul Oakenfold's new album and now friends say she wants to record an LP of her own.
According to America's New York Post newspaper, Brittany has even hired her ex-fiance, music agent Jeff Kwatinetz, to mastermind her pop career.
Why do these celebs think they are super talented at everything they do? Acting is a skill and I would like to think that singing/songwriting is a skill also. So why time and time again do so many actresses / actors think, "Hmm, I fancy a change - I'm gonna be a pop star" . It really gets my goat.
And why do they assume they automatically have the right to persu a different career?? Millions of people work their arses off to be famous and be singers, and some of them are extremely talented. But because Brittany's been an actress for a few years some loser gives her a record deal straight away, no questions asked!
