Scarlett Johansson lands L'Oreal deal

Funny how actors were supposed to be above those type of commercial deals a few years ago - Now it seems that fame has to be milked to the last drop, ads, perfume, design...What happened to over-exposure and cheap merchandising?

I don't see whats so special about Scarlett, sure she's pretty but when I see her on TV advertising things it just doesn't seem right. I would never aspire to be her therefore she does not encourage me to buy the product.
