Another career for Federline?
Kevin Federline reportedly wants to open a nightclub — but there’s a minor problem.

Britney Spears’ hubby’s singing career hasn’t exactly set the world on fire, and now he wants to go into the nightclub business, according to In Touch Weekly, which reports that there’s a bit of a hitch because he would need to get the financing from his wife, who’s none-too-happy with the idea of her party-loving spouse spending his time in a nightclub.

“Kevin wants to open up a club in Las Vegas,” an insider tells the mag.

But a pal says, “The last place Britney wants Kevin to be spending his nights is in a nightclub, even if he’s the owner.”

Still, Federline has supposedly persuaded his wife to talk to the her buddies, the Maloof family, who own he Palms Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, about the possibility of his opening a nightclub there.

He has no business training, no experience in that particular industry, no brains ... yeah, I can see this being a really successful venture. *snort*

I hope to god Spears uses her head for once in her life and says no.

Well, it's probably a given that his 'pop career' will be in the toilet before you can say - the guy's a big loser. And now he thinks he can be a hotshot nightclub owner - not only will he be a big loser, but a big laughingstock, as well.

He should get a regular job and start spending time with his kids. I don't know how Spears can be in the same room with him ... just the mention of his name makes my skin crawl with disgust.

It'll be an empty club after the first few months.

Actually, it'll prolly go the way of NYLA (was that the name of her restaurant?). No business except hoping to see her, then closed down by the health inspectors.

Sad thing is, I think Britney will put up the money for him to go ahead with this. She seems like she'll do anything to keep him. Because ya know...he's such a good catch...

I think i solved this mystery! In the beginning he was happy to just sit back with his new trophy wife, spend her millions and show up all around town with new toys and generally just leech off her. Then she became pregnant, fat, ugly and just plain. The attraction wore off, and he is now working on his plan B! His sudden interest in forging his own career and making his OWN money is a warning bell! He wants to leave her.
