I'm sure Kim is mean and nasty, but then so is Marshall. No doubt he has no problem giving her half the money anyway, so no need for a pre-nup. If I didn't love someone enough to give them half my money, I wouldn't marry them anyway. This would be especially true if it were money I earned instead of having family money. Em and Kim and can snort lines with 100 dollar bills and toss then in the trash---it's none of Granny's business. She didn't earn a dime of that money.

He's willing to raise her son by another man as well as her niece. From what I had read, they reconciled late 2004 and finally decided to re-wed. Maybe they both have grown up and realized that they love each other. They were high school sweethearts, and probably let his fame & money wreck them the first time around. Who knows, maybe when they got the drugs out of their systems they started focusing on what is truly important.

Maybe, maybe not. But what's it to her anyway? Ultimately it's his decision and granny needs to butt her old ass out. It's not like it's HER money. She'll probably croak before Kim could spend it all anyway, if indeed that's what happens. I'm sure Em is too smart for that one. At least this girl gave a shit about him when he was a geeky teenage nobody. A classy broad with no skeletons in her closet could burn through his money just as fast as Kim and probably wouldn't have pissed on him if he were on fire back when when he was a nobody. I can see why he would have a hard time being with anyone else.

How in the HELL are they high school sweethearts since he is a 9th grade dropout? They met when she was 12.
