Default Elizabeth Hurley's bedtime food fun

Liz Hurley loves food so much she takes cook books to bed to stare at the pictures.
The super-slim star admits she gets excited by the snaps of the sumptuous dishes and loves to study each individual photo before going to sleep.
Hurley has also quashed rumours she starves herself to stay thin - saying she never goes a day without eating junk food.

She revealed: "I do see all these stories about me living on a teaspoon of gruel a day. It makes me laugh, but it's just not true."
"I actually take cookery books to bed to look at the pictures and rarely a day goes by when I don't have a bag of crisps or some chocolate."

The 40-year-old actress also admitted she has a passion for fattening cakes, tasty deserts and calorie-laden sandwiches.

She told Britain's Grazia magazine: "Have you tried Fondant Fancies - the pink ones? They're phenomenal. And those chocolate covered mini-rolls, delicious. The thing is, I've discovered children's party food and it's amazing."

"Basically, it's all the things I love, like egg mayonnaise sandwiches made with white sliced bread with the crusts cut off. But Fondant Fancies are my absolute favourite."

Liar, she said in one interview that you have to make choices like eat cookies or look good in jeans. She said she'd rather look good in jeans. She also said that you always have to be a bit hungry.

She probably does stare at cookery books before she sleeps so that the delicious meals are in her dreams and she can 'dream eat' as much as she wants without any calories

I once heard Anorexics obsessively looks at cookbooks.

Well, Anorexics and Wrestlers. What was the name of that damn movie about that wrestler trying to lose weight? I forget, but Madonna was in the movie and she sang "Crazy For You".... at any rate, that kid liked to look through cookbooks when he was dieting, too.

From personal experience, I know that is true. Probably not universally, but it certainly is common.

A girl I knew who was anorexic (and died from related complications) apparently loved to bake and was always baking food for other people.

When I was on that fast that oprah did, I made my own cookbook. I would look through cooking magazines and cut out pictures and put them all in a notebook. This is when I was not eating any food, so yeah, I believe she takes cookbooks to bed, but that is sad not healthy.
If I can't be a good example, then let me be a horrible warning.

I read cookbooks and become obsessed with cooking shows when I'm dieting.
