Jane Pitt orders Brad to introduce Jen & Angelina

The Brad Pitt, Jennifer Aniston and Angelina Jolie love triangle comes full circle this week. Like Harvey Keitel in Pulp Fiction, Brad's mum has stepped in to clean up the messy situation.

Jane Pitt has ordered her son to introduce Jen and Ange face-to-pretty-face to help settle their long-running feud, reports Woman's Day. If she has her way, the pair will share a quiet coffee and croissant, swap email addresses, split the bill and leave arm-in-arm.

Perhaps Jane should watch Pulp Fiction again, because there'll be a mess bloodier than the back seat of Samuel Jackson and John Travolta's car if that encounter ever takes place

This article is just wrong from beginning to end. I've read articles that sound similar, but they were about introducing rabbits to each other so the won't fight too much.

I think if they had met each other before, they would have liked each other just fine. I don't even really buy all this "feud" business, anyway. There can't be a feud if they don't have any contact with each other... and Angelina hasn't said a word.

To be fair, has Jen herself even said a word about Angelina? I mean other than things we hear she's said from people who just happen to wanna share this? Has it really come down to reporters who can only get second and third hand accounts of what she and the ex-in-laws might think or might have said and writing a story around it? It's possible. This sounds a bit too made up.

No, she hasn't! That's why it's so silly... people acting like they're mortal enemies or something. It's just the tabloid stories claming a "source" says that Jen is constantly bitching about Angelina.

To be even more fair, her friends may have views on the situation that she does not... like her friend in the VF article that bitched about Brad making it look like they broke up because she doesn't want kids. In truth, Brad has said a couple of times now that it had nothing to do with babies at all.

Absolutely, muchlove. One of the few things he's said about this is that is most definitely was not about kids. And he's been full of high-praise for Jen. And none of his friends have talked and 'accidentally' said nasty things about her, unlike her friends. As far as this story goes, sounds a bit strange but who knows. I saw his mother on Oprah once (she was in the audience with friends) and she was just this nice, normal middle-class lady, so maybe she doesn't want all this public mud-slinging to keep on.

I don't believe Jane Pitt would be dumb enough to want these two to get together. What would be the point? And I doubt she orders her 40 year old son to do anything.

Of course he has been. That way he could keep her on his good side so that he could come off like the poor innocent guy we all thought he was. She was the quiet obedient wife protecting his image while he galavanted with Ange. I'll admit that I was on his side when they first separated. My first thought was that he must have gotten tired of waiting for her to decide when to have kids. Now I see the light. I, for one, am glad that Jenn's finally getting her say. She doesn't owe anything to Brad or Angelina or Brad's mom for that matter.

I agree Elisa! Jen has been the classy one throughout this whole thing. To think of Brad parading his romance with Angelina all throughout W magzine before his divorce was even finalized...he has no class. And there is no way that they did not leak those photos of them in Africa last summer. Brad has never had an identity of his own and needs to latch onto and adopt the identity of whoever he is with. He sucks big time and I cannot wait until Angelina tosses him to the curb. I loathe him a lot more than ANgelina.

I am so glad for Jen that she is moving on and she is so much better off with Vince!

In what way did he adopt anyone's identity? He's always been pretty much the same.

I never really thought about this, but you're absolutely right. She's only holding onto him temporarily. When you look at her track record, Brad's too meek and mild for her. She'll be on to her next conquest soon enough. We could probably figure out who easily enough. It's usually her co-star in her next movie.

I find it ironic that the one thing we truly know about Brad is his desire to settle down and raise a family. So what does he do? He leaves his marriage and settles for a woman with two kids who has a history of moving from one man (or woman) to another. Not the person I'd be looking to for an everlasting commitment.

brad and angie weren't parading their love anywhere. the W magazine thing was a promotion thing long before theis whole romance thing blew up.

am i the only one who see how jen is needy? how much it must have been hell being in a marriage with someone with such a low self-steem? no one is perfect but jen for sure is not classy (forgot about the cocaine rumours?)

jen with vince? oh, and that wasn't leaked?

this article is nonsense. a 40-year-old man would never obey to his mother. i mean, i hope not.

Seriously.. has he ever been different? He's just scruffy movie guy! He was the same with Gwyneth as he was with Juliette as he was with Jen as he is with Angelina. In fact, one of Jen's gripes about him is how different their tastes were, so how was he adopting her identity? What identity did she have, anyway? Perky, cheerful TV sitcom gal?
