ET has confirmed that actress TORI SPELLING is engaged to actor DEAN McDERMOTT. The couple met earlier this year while working on the TV movie "Mind Over Murder" together, and have been dating for several months. The former "Beverly Hills, 90210" actress, who married screenwriter/actor CHARLIE SHANIAN in July 2004, filed divorce papers from Shanian in November. McDermott has filed for divorce from actress MARY JO EUSTACE, with whom he has one child.
