But the 'Lord of the Rings' star says she feels better about her looks since marrying husband Royston Langdon and giving birth to their baby son Milo.

She added to Britain's Grazia magazine: "Being married and becoming a mother has given me a lot of confidence because I care a lot less about what people say about me.

"But I'll never think of myself as beautiful. I'm like one of those women who have lost tons of weight but still feel fat because they've been fat all their lives."

I think she looked pretty when she was in her dad's videos, but that was 50 lbs ago for sure. She didn't have a gawky moment, she had one beautiful moment in a gawky life.

She was luminous in "LOTR" and that's how I'll probably always think of her, as I knew very little about her before then (I don't get out much!) HubNoir says she's dumb as the proverbial box of rocks and can't act her way out of the proverbial paper bag, a bit of which I'll agree to. I like her because she isn't thin/anorexic, doesn't try to be and doesn't seem to feel it matters. She seems to be a relatively simple person who has a happy life without too many demons. I may celebrate "noirness," but sometimes I envy that...

I think she's gorgeous but I could see her being gawky at a very young age. She was young in her dad's video and stunning. I think it was the song "Crazy"?

I can'd stand these gorgeous women doing the 'Aw shucks, poor me, I never felt beautiful, I am worthless' shit. They say it so we can all give her a big ego boost 'Oh Liv, you are beautiful darling, you are the most talented woman in Hollywood, we love you'.

Anyone, ANYONE who puts themself out there on the big screen is an egomaniac - that's what being an actor is all about. "Look at me, look at me". All this tortured, reluctant, humble minstrel stuff is bullshit.

I do, contrary to most of you, find Liv quite beautiful. I really liked her in Empire Records. She's sexy and cute at the same time. But, like I've said in many, many posts, my ideals of beauty are usually way off everyone else's.

This topic is normally reserved for the RIDICULOUSLY beautiful - not LIV. Its meant to be for women who were ugly when young, then all of a sudden became hot. She is quirky at best for my taste.
