Eva Longoria Stopped by Police

SAN ANTONIO - San Antonio Spurs guard Tony Parker was cited for impeding traffic and failing to produce a valid Texas driver's license during a traffic stop in which "Desperate Housewives" actress Eva Longoria was his passenger, police said.

The incident happened about 12:45 a.m. Saturday. After seeing a car stopped, a bicycle officer said it was impeding traffic. When the car didn't move, the officer rapped the hood with the palm of his hand, according to a police report.

Parker, who was behind the wheel, questioned why the officer touched the car, and the couple "began screaming in a verbally abusive and demeaning manner," police said. Longoria called the police report "highly inaccurate."

Police say Parker then began to drive away, almost hitting a man standing nearby. After being told to stop and get out, Parker showed a French driver's license, police said.

The officer who wrote the citations said Parker complained: "This is all the cops do, just mess with people," and that Longoria shouted from the car: "He's just a Mexican bike cop. He only wants your autograph."

Longoria denied making the comment.

"It's a shame that one officer conducted himself in such an inappropriate and disorderly manner. I never made any sort of racial slurs, let alone made any comments about the officer being Mexican, as a Mexican myself," Longoria said through her publicist.

I believe it. I love Hosewives as much as the next person but, I can't help but, wish that it would start going to hell so that this biatch would not get any work

I totally believe it...I was a cop for 10 years until we started our family, and people treat traffic cops like crap on a regular basis. I also noticed (most of the time) the more money the person appeared to have, the more obnoxious they were.
And she strikes me as if she has serious entitlement issues.

yea she's wrong for the way she acted and what she said (and i wouldn't be surprised if she did say it).

but at the same time, the cop shouldn't have touched her car. go to the window and ask her to move. no need to place your hands on the vehicle. just my own opinion...

Just curious, but when someone is verbally abused on a daily basis, does this change your attitude towards people? Do you become less tolerant of people, and you take the anger around with you or do you cop it on the chin? I think I would go stark raving mad if I was spoken to badly everyday.

i get spoken to badly everyday at my job and yes i'm starting to hate people more and more and am actually starting to talk back to them when they screech at me for the dumbest shit

if i ever came face to face with Eva and she started talking shit i'd kick her in her teeth so freaking hard......

I believe it as well. To make the remark about "just a Mexican on a bike"makes her feel she is above cop. That she a bitch for thinking that being a cop is beneath her.

I once entertained the idea about being a Federal Marshal for about a minute until I went on a ride on with a local police officer for extra assignment for my law classes. Just that little ride with a local officer and talking to him about it all, I changed my mind right quick.

I admire them greatly. Yes, there are bad apples as there is in every good pie but the majority of them are good people.

Eva wouldn't think twice about calling those "mexican on a bike" if she was being mobbed by fans and having her hair torn outta her head. Ugh, I hope her 15 minutes is almost up.

well I guess that besides being a total narcissistic delusional bitch; that she's also a big ole' racist!

I should have known since she always lists all these ethnic groups as her background instead of just saying "I'm Mexican" like other normal people. When you sit there and say, "yeah I'm spanish, portuegeuse, english...bla bla bla" you're just denying her heritage and trying to seem all exotic and special, which is what classic case narcissists do!
