GORILLAZ AGREE TO DO CRIBS



Animated band GORILLAZ are opening their front doors to MTV's celebrities-at-home show CRIBS - because they are disgusted at how many other stars have poor taste.

The FEEL GOOD hitmakers, created by BLUR star DAMON ALBARN and artist JAMIE HEWLITT, are shocked at how badly the rich and famous decorate their homes and are determined to show them all how it's done.

Frontman MURDOC says, "Every crib is the same. The first thing these peasants do as soon as they get some money is buy some tacky showhome and fill it up with s**t.

"They call this culture? They wouldn't know what a bit of culture was if it jumped up and bit them."

In October (05), Hewlett criticised the MTV show, saying, "It's a hateful, hateful programme. It's the perfect thing to poke fun at."

good call. there are a lot of tacky ass showhomes on cribs filled up with shit. and more square footage than they can use. money cant buy taste. i love the gorillaz.

and I do agree about the tackity homes...just by a home where you'll use all the rooms.

if I had money, I'd get a phatty boom batty apt in the city with a solarium for the plants, and a large bedroom with just a bed and a mosquito netting canopy, a bathtub in a corner by a window behidn a japanese screen, and my stereo on the wall.

I would have a reading room with all my books. Reading Room would have a TV in it, but nothing too special. it could be a tv room too.

walking in closet, but nothing too big. I don't need an apartment sized closet. Booty (my cat) would run around in my apt. Nice kitchen, but nothing big. Big enough that when I want to make a cake I have enough counter space, though.

and a nice bathroom with a window, and a linen closet.

The houses are so excessive...and excessively ugly as well.

If I hit the jackpot I really don't think my lifestyle would change that much, I have everything I want and need already.

they aint even theyre own houses half of them. they rent half that shit an the cars too either for the show or cos theyre only in town for like a week at a time. notice how half the cars never have reg plates on just ones from the dealership thats cos they just dropped that shit off an are coming back for it in an hour!! half of its so fake
