Supermodel Claudia Schiffer was left terrified when her London home was raided by burglars as she and her two children slept upstairs.

Thousands of pounds worth of electrical equipment, including a laptop and digital camera, were stolen after thieves broke into the trendy Notting Hill pad last Monday (12DEC05).

The catwalk beauty and her two children, two-year-old Casper and one-year-old Clementine, were sleeping upstairs when the robbery took place, and the 35-year-old is still badly shaken by the incident.

A friend says, "She's horrified at the thought that someone broke into the house and was creeping around while they were asleep in their beds."

Schiffer, wife of Lock, Stock And Two Smoking Barrels director Matthew Vaughn, is reportedly most upset about the loss of irreplaceable family photos which were on the stolen digital camera.

Claudia Schiffer was left "badly shaken" after burglars cleared out her home while she and her family slept upstairs.

Thousands of pounds worth of possessions were stolen during the raid - including a laptop computer and a camera storing family pictures.

The blonde supermodel, 35, was left terrified by the burglary at her London home.
A source told Britain's News of the World newspaper: "She's horrified at the thought that someone broke into their house and was creeping around while they were asleep in their beds."

The stunning blonde - married to film producer Mathew Vaughn - is also said to be devastated at losing her family photographs.

The couple and their children - Casper, two and Clementine, one - moved into their

£6 million mansion in fashionable Notting Hill this year.

Celebrities including Elle MacPherson and former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell have been targeted by thieves in the same area.
