NAOMI Campbell has revealed how her pal, troubled supermodel Kate Moss, burst into tears when they ran into each other recently.
The 35-year-old catwalk queen told 3am: "I met Kate only a few weeks ago in New York and we embraced and both cried because she's really been through a lot. She is looking better than ever - she's an icon."
And Naomi fiercely stood up for her mate, adding: "A lot of people compare the actress Sienna Miller to her.
