Jennifer Lopez doesn't smoke, says her spokesperson

But Lopez appears to have nobody to envy anymore—on Dec. 6, after shooting scenes for her movie El Cantante in a New York City graveyard, she was snapped puffing away.

The famous anti-smoker, who famously forced ex-fiancée Ben Affleck to give up his bad habit, seemed to be sneaking a cigarette when she was caught on camera by eagle-eyed fans, who have sold pictures of the puffing diva to America's top tabloids.

But the actress/singer's publicists insist Lopez hasn't started smoking—she’s just getting used to the herbal cigarettes her character has to smoke in the biopic of Hector Lavoe, which also stars her husband Marc Anthony.

A spokesman for Lopez insists, "It's not a real cigarette; it's a prop."

All it would take is one good sniff of those big ass fur coats she's been wearing and we'd know the truth for damn sure.

And the herbal cigararette thing ...... uh huh.

Well, it appears J-Lo is using her license to lie quite effectively.
Let's DNA-test her next fur coat, because when she says,
"Oh, that's not real mink of course..." it could mean her coat
is actually sable.

Was it a Marlboro or a Newport. Couldn't quite tell. And an herbal cig is STILL smokable. So, JLo was smokin the herb, huh? So is that better than? Smokin weed in public instead of tobacco? You go , JLo!
