Hunter is temporarily staying in the UK to film a Christmas (05) special of BBC talent contest STRICTLY COME DANCING.
A source says, "She was in extreme pain. She is on very strong painkillers and is concerned about what the problem is. She has vowed to carry on with rehearsals - she's determined not to let anyone down."
