Paris Hilton wants to make up with Nicole Richie

PARIS HILTON has offered her sympathy to her estranged friend and THE SIMPLE LIFE co-star NICOLE RICHIE, after she broke up with her fiance ADAM 'DJ AM' GOLDSTEIN.

Hilton was shocked when she heard the news last week (ends09DEC05), and understands the pain Richie is going through after recently calling off her own engagement to billionaire Greek shipping heir PARIS LATSIS.

And Hilton now wants to repair her rift with her former best pal Richie.
She says, "I am really sorry to hear about Nic's engagement. I went through the same thing.

"With Christmas coming up, I realise I really miss her and want to get in touch again."

it seems Paris is playing catch up doesnt it. First nicole was her overweight wild friend whom she didnt have to worry about sharing the spotlight with - even though the only reason why anyone watched the simple life ever was for nicole, but that is neither here nor there.

Then nicole loses weight, gets some class, has a guy in her life longer then a few months and people care about her. When she looks sick people talk about it, when her relationship ends, people seem to really feel sorry for her.

So what does paris do? becomes her own fake source and tells the press people are worried she has bulimia and then the minute nicoles relationship ends its all 'okay now I want to be friends with her again'.

i don't think the "pain" Paris went through would be anywhere close to the "pain" Nicole is going through. Paris was sad for about...2 hours so yea.

Paris wouldn't understand what Nicole is going through, Nicole actually cared about her fiance, Paris was on to her 2nd within a few days!

Paris only wants to be friends with her again now for the publicity. Plus she's probably sick of having such few friends that she has to go out with her sister all the time.

Paris actually sounds mature to want to patch up such a long relationship. They have known each other for a long time and friendships like that are hard to come by.

I read an article in Radar Magazine about some dude in LA who had something to do with Paris, the guy who does the Girls Gone Wild series and drugs. I don't remember the details. Anyway, sources in that article said that Paris referred to African Americans as the n word and it got back to Nicole. That's the reason for their split. Don't know if it's true but I was surprised I didn't read about that here!
