why does she miss and love stavros when she is blatently seeing david katzenburg

I'm guessing she misses what she had (or what she thought she had) with Stavros. She really seemed happily involved with him until I started hearing about and seeing pics of Paris rubbing her cooze all over him in public. I wouldn't doubt if she's still friendly with her ex David. I'd heard as much even before Paris' Stavros-snatching. Why shouldn't she hang out with him, even if she's still getting over Stav? Heck, especially if she is still getting over Stav!
