Time to ditch the foot deforming stilettos. Or at least save them for once or twice a year special occasions. Also, it's actually healthier to carry a couple of extra pounds with age. I'm not talking shitloads, but 5# or so might do wonders for her probabably increasingly brittle joints. Between the cigs, the standard celebrity level of thinness and the shoes, I'd probably feel like 60 at 40 too, even if I looked fabulous on the outside. It's no wonder they all get hooked on painkillers.

Maybe she says these things hoping someone/everyone comes forward to tell her how wrong she is. Like those skinny girls who complain about being fat - they know they aren't but say it so they can hear how great they look.
