Jessica Simpson has been attacked by comedienne Roseanne Barr, for "looking like everybody else".

While the Irresistible singer copes with her recent split from her husband Nick Lachey, Barr has added to her woes by slamming her appearance.

Barr says: "This is so rude of me, and I don't mean to hurt anybody's feelings - well, sort of I do - but she looks like everybody else.

"When I open the magazines, they all look exactly like her: They're too skinny, they're blonde and they all look exactly alike and they have three names and they're 19.

"I don't really follow (the news on Nick and Jessica), but I know they're getting a divorce, which is always very sad."

as much as it kills me to take jess's side..it's better than looking like a beached whale..I love roseanne and everything..but her cattyness..(ahh cant spell) but after a while its annoying..

Jessica "looking like everybody else"? Not a chance! She is very beautiful and her figure is one that - if we're all being honest - we'd die for.

I think what Roseanne probably meant to say(insert sarcasm here) was that everyone else looks like her. There is a difference.

Well I for one don't want her figure. I like my long legs, as opposed to her dwarf ones, and big boobs would look ridiculous on me.

OK done tootin' my own horn ...and Roseanne is doing just what we all do, bashing a celebrity. So what?

Roseanne actually slimmed up last year. She was looking pretty good. Still trashy, but much better.

Jessica does have dwarf legs but she used to be very naturally pretty and her face had a sort of unique look. She totally sold out and now her lips are pumped full of collagen, her nose has been shaved down by about 75%, and she has "perma-surprise" eyes like the Olsens. In addition, while she used to have naturally big boobs (at her natural weight), now she has a perky set of implants.

That wasn't much of an ATTACK. It's pretty mild commentary, coming from a woman who built a successful career on being terribly blunt. She just gave her opinion, and did it much more nicely than most of us on this board!

Yep All true.Jessica used to be very beautiful until like you said she sold out.
