    Default Chris Cornell suing ex-wife

AUDIOSLAVE frontman CHRIS CORNELL is suing his ex-wife after discovering she allegedly conspired to divert funds form him and members of his former group SOUNDGARDEN.

In legal papers obtained by entertainment news website TMZ.com, the rocker claims SUSAN SILVER has been holding his library of music, lyrics and two Grammys hostage as part of their battle so far.

Cornell alleges Silver has a "desire to harm (him), which has apparently emanated at least in part from the dissolution of their personal relationship, and her incentive to further her career by maximizing the interests of other Soundgarden members."

Cornell wed Silver in 1990; the couple separated 12 years later and then divorced. The rocker is seeking $1 million (GBP555,500) in damages and he is also seeking punitive damages.

Good singer but such a twat personally. I dont' know the whole story but seeing him ask for 1 million while his career is on the skids says something to me.
