According to the caller, the twenty-one year old was spied entering a Maverick convenience in Orem, Utah, in the company of a ‘large, older gentlemen.’ The pair purchased Miller Lite. When approached by fans for an autograph, Lindsay’s companion replied, “This is not a good time.”

Star Magazine claims that Lindsay Lohan is one antic away from being booted from the Cirque Lodge Rehab in Utah. According to the tab, Lindsay, who will be in Los Angeles Court on DUI charges on Friday, is suspected of using drugs and being uncooperative during her hiking and tanning stay at the Lodge. This can't be true! She's so serious about rehab- I mean, she's been there several times! She's invited photographers in and everything to show us all she's cleaning up her act.
