Kate Moss received another blow courtesy of junkie ex-boyfriend Pete Doherty as it was revealed the Babyshambles singer is back with ex-girlfriend Irina Lazareanu - the girl Kate chose to model her Top Shop collection.
Pete was seen arriving to meet Canadian model Irina, at top London hotel Claridge's in London's West End before travelling to V Festival in Chelmsford, Essex.

According to the Sunday Mirror, the Babyshambles frontman, arrived in the late morning and spent a couple of hours inside the five-star hotel.
When Pete finally emerged with Irina, the pair jumped into a blue people-carrier to travel to the V Festival in Chelmsford.
Later Doherty, 28, was reported to have been arrested on suspicion of possessing drugs in the early hours of this morning. The 28-year-old singer was arrested in the Tower Hamlets area of east London at about 2am today.
His lawyer Sean Curran confirmed Doherty is being held at Bethnal Green police station after the car he was travelling in was stopped by police.
Doherty is almost certainly facing jail as he is already awaiting sentence early next month on a series of drugs charges.

The news that Pete is back with the former ballet student she befriended, and made the face of her range will no doubt come as something of a betrayal to Moss.
It was Moss who personally handpicked Lazareanu to model for the December/January issue of Vogue: Paris, which she was a guest editor on, and then in March 2007, she personally chose Irina as the model for her wildy successful Topshop clothing range.
Irina has since become an increasingly popular fashion model, modelling for top designers including Chanel, Balenciaga, Alexander McQueen, Anna Sui, Lanvin, Versace, and many more.
Kate also went to the festival but is reported to have been tipped off by pal Kelly Osbourne that Pete had turned up in Chelmsford.

This year it was Irina who watched him from the side of the stage with Kate making sure the coast was clear before she turned up
Pete arrived at the festival site in Chelmsford, Essex, at around 6pm and this time, it was Irina not Kate who watched from the side of the stage as the singer performed.
Kate waited until late into the evening before showing up at Chelmsford when she knew ex Doherty was miles away on the Stafford stage of the weekend-long festival.
She hid backstage and only surfaced backstage to watch Kasabian from the side of the stage. Embarassingly for Moss, she was reported to have been moved on for not having the right pass.
She was later seen downing Barcardis in a VIP area and dancing with pals. The next day, Kate spent the afternoon drinking with friends in a north London pub.

Pete and Romanian-born Irina were an item until two years ago. She met Doherty then a member of the Libertines, at a party in Shepherd's Bush while she was a ballet student at the Royal Academy of Arts.
Doherty and the model he calls 'Rini' bonded over their shared interest in artists such as Oscar Wilde and Nina Simone and she is reported to have become closely involved with Doherty's band Babyshambles and toured with them in 2004, although she has denied the widespread rumor that she served as their drummer.
By the time Pete and Kate got together in 2005 he had split with her. Kate and Pete split after it emerged he had cheated on her.
