Paris Hilton is determined to change her image & follow through with her promise to do more charity work following her release from jail in June.
She is in talks to become an ambassador for the Los Angeles Children's Hospital!
Paris visited the hospital a couple of weeks ago & that inspired her to work with & try helping sick children.
At the time, Paris said: "'I went and visited the little premature babies who were only, like, one pound. And the cancer patients."

It seems there is 'human feeling' in that diamondencrusted plastic heart of hers!
She continues to say: "It's nice when I can go there and visit them and brighten their day and make them smile. It feels good to be able to do that."
Well, there is hope after all then! Kudos to ya Paris!

I have not seen this wench do any near charity work and gawd forbid anyone to think she can make a difference in a childs life. The most humanitarian thing she could do is move away from civilization.
