I like her being with Ryan because he mellowed her out. You always hear about how uptight and humorless Reese is at work but when she was with him she seemed actually relaxed and happy.
SVZ isn't that blind from entertainment lawyer? I refuse to believe that guy on face, so I can pretend it's not about my Ry-re!

Usually once you're fed up enough to file for divorce, there isn't much hope for the relationship. Even if you do get back together, it usually doesn't last- the same problems that broke you up in the first place are still there. I frankly hope they don't bother trying, but they did make a cute couple.

Ryan always gave the impression he was trapped into marriage. He even said on Howard when she got old enough he tell Ava she was a "mistake". Plus name ONE celeb marriage that lasted where the wife is more sucessful then the man? Its not necessarily the woman that backs out because of it, but it could be the male that dosen't like to be "Mrs Witherspoon" or "Mrs Halle Berry" or whatever.
I knew as soon as Reese became bigger Ryan would resent it and cheat if he already hasn't. There arent any cases where the male is IN enertaintment & he is "lesser known" but has a big time wife in the buisness, it dosen't matter if its singing, acting, directing. They both have to be known. The male more so. Do u think Brangelina would have even worked if Brad was prince nobody & she was this HUGE star? Or Will Smith & Jada? Or even Affleck/Garner?

But one of the blind items from the last month (can't find it) said that an A+actress (read:Reese) suddenly found herself pregnant. Couldn't Reese be hanging around with Ryan as a way to explain the months to come?

While PerezHilton.com is claiming to have the 'exclusive' on Reese Witherspoon & Jake Gyllenhaal being back on and going strong today, we broke the story August 1.
