I read, and completely believe, that he was delaying the trial as long as possible so that the girl would have a few years to grow up and not look as young when she is called to testify.

Bad enough her age, bad enough what he did to her, bad enough to tape it so that the world could eventually see her shame.....the man (and I use the term loosely) is seriously screwed up......

If I had any faith in our justice system, I would be happy to hear he's finally run out of delays.....I'd be happier if I had a dog pit that I could put Vick and Kelly into and let the two animals fight it out......

I was a fan up until i read about the video and i just couldn't bring myself to listen
to his music after that, because that girl could have been my sister.

The fact that took this long, proves he wont serve time. Look I don't want to offend anyone but whose to say he KNEW how old this chick was? Did he ask for ID and how many do? There are soooooooooo many broads that are 14 that look 20. Around here in Cali. Hell I'm 24, & some people think I aint no older then 17! Yes its a possiblity he married Aaliyah (thats how u spell it) when she was 15, he was 26. But he NEVER said so because when they asked him she was dead, so he refused to talk about it. Aaliyah said she had never even slept nor married him. But they had issues so they went their seperate creative ways. She was planning to marry CEO Dame Dash before she died.

I'm sorry for your loss aabbcc, & I hope justice is served. Again how many singers/rockers/rappers ASK for ID? I just dont get it. Besides this trial was going on FIVE years ago, then they stopped it, I dont see it going anywhere. I really dont. The chick was already grown when it first came to trial in 02, so it dosent matter it will just look ridiculous now in 07, especially if he claims he never knew how old she was. Point Blank.
