Akon has offered production and songwriting to Paris Hilton; the racist skank HO-tel heiress is in the studio recording her sophomore LP despite lackluster sales for her self-titled debut.
“In my mind I was thinking now Paris Hilton is an official convict, I think I’m gonna get with her and put a record out.”
