Britney Spears bodyguard punches photographer, Sean Preston Federline injured

AND as if that isn’t bad enough, Britney is not allowed to take the kids out of state without written permission from Kevin Federline.

A source tells Us, “K-Fed is demanding that she get back to Los Angeles because she isn’t allowed to have the kids out of state.”
Another Federline source says, “Britney did not have written permission to take the kids out of state. She needs written permission and she never got it or alerted people she was leaving. I’m sure Kevin’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, is mulling over how to handle this.”

Britney Spears and her bodyguard might not be welcome at the Wynn Las Vegas anymore.

Eyewitnesses exclusively tell Usmagazine.com that Spears' bodyguard Julio "JC" Camera roughed up a photographer outside the Wynn spa after an altercation over the photographer's proximity to - and possible contact with - one of her children.

A photographer who was shooting Spears vacationing with her two children at the resort claims that earlier today, Camera shoved his partner in the chest and accidentally hit toddler Sean Preston in the process.

The photographer then alleges that Spears started yelling while Camera tackled his partner to the ground and began punching. He claims that after Wynn security asked all parties involved to leave, the Las Vegas police were called to take statements.

Spears' battery allegation remains under investigation, with Vegas police issuing the following statement: "A second Incident Crime Report was also filed by Ms. Spears on behalf of her minor child. In that report it was alleged that prior to the above incident a second photographer, identified as Kyle Henderson, battered both Mr. Camera and Ms. Spears’ child , who was at that time being held by the security officer."

Us has learned that as of 5:30 p.m. local time, Spears had checked out of the Wynn hotel, though it is not certain that her departure was voluntary.
A Wynn spokesperson declined comment on the incident, and the hotel would only say in a statement that "the Wynn does not comment on guests of the hotel."

She was leaving becuz she took the kids outside of cali which is in violation of the divorce agreement with Kevin

Yeah she came back to CA because according to People mag Kevin's lawyers were about to file a complaint with the authorities for kidnapping because she can't leave the state with the kids without the other parent's permission, especially because he's the one with custody!

I don't care if it true that the photog bumped into them, it's still Britney's fault. She had no right to take the kids to Vegas, of all places! What kind of crap mom basically kidnaps her kids to take them to a casino in Vegas??

Hey, at least the photog didn't fracture poor Sean's skull like Britney did.

I don't know, could the paparazzi be telling lies here (they are pretty good at that..) From what I read elsewhere, the bodyguard was carrying Sean at the time and the pap was the one who charged at the bodyguard. The bodyguard was backed into a window by the pap and that's when little Sean got hurt.

Sounds like the paps are trying to cover their tracks here POSSIBLY

You're right LizaMarie, as much I dislike Britney, that scenario is possible.

Britney has been practically begging for this attention from the 'razzi and it's gotten to the point where it is endangering her everyday activities, including her children. If Kevin is really going for full custody of the children, at this point, I think it looks like he will get it.

Why in the world would a pap charge her bodyguard? They want pictures. Every time a celeb claims assault by a pap it's funny how when you look at the footage it's always the star or their people who were the ones who got physical. Paps aren't stupid, they know they can't touch anybody or else they'd be out of a job.

Britney's crazy and has already attacked paps before as recently as last week when she started screaming at them and before them with her umbrella-ella-ella. And then a couple years back she ran into one with her car. These bitches always claim the paparazzi freak out on them and make them do dumb shit and magically the footage never appears, like Lindsay somehow was chased by a swarm of paprarrazzi and none of them have released that million dollarfootage.

Remember when Britney claimed she only drove with Sean on her lap the first time because paps were swarming the car? Then when you look at the video none of them were anywhere near and she even had her windows rolled down! Nah, I bet she started shouting shit and her bodyguard got overzealous and punched the guy. She's crazy and was walking with her baby in a casino, she doesn't give a crap about those kids' safety. This all happened like two hours after it hit the news that K-Fed's attorneys were going to get her busted so she was probably pissed that her little party was over and people told her she had to leave.
