Paris Hilton has snagged a $300,000 People Magazine deal for the first post-jail print interview, which could run in next weekend’s edition. The rag deal comes in addition to the $1m she has secured for her first post prison TV interview with NBC’s Meredith Viera.

Clearly her fame is slipping if that's all they paid, so that's the silver lining. I do hope regular People subscribers write some angry letters. And I'm going to boycott the website for that week.

And another thing, I thought NBC denied/canceled the $1million interview deal? Were they just trying to stem the tide of horrible press they're getting for paying this waste of space? I truly hope she becomes media poison and no one wants to be associated with her.
