Hearing could send Paris Hilton back to jail
Hearing could send Hilton back to jail - Celebrity News - MSNBC.com
from msnbc.com
apparentl, according to dlisted, people have been FLOODING the lapd dept with complaints. The word on the street is that Paris received TRUE preferential treatment, and the wardens were afraid of a riot over it, so they released her...instead of treating her like the criminal she is!!!!
read it, then tell me what you think. she BETTER go to jail!

Wow, maybe the people are being heard. It would restore a teeny tiny bit of faith in the legal system. Just a little.

The judge who sent her down is demanding an explanation and the DA wants her to prove her 'medical condition'. With the public outrage I reckon she'll be back in the slammer this weekend and someone's head is going to roll in the Sheriff's dept.
Maybe she should try to infamous "Saunders Defence". A big company director in the UK was sent to jail for embezzlement, insider trading, the usual, for 10 years. He quickly developed 'Alzheimers' and gave an Oscar winning performance at his parole assessment hearing. He was released on medical grounds to spend his last weeks/months with his loving family. 20+ years later he's still very much alive and kicking and is a medical miracle, being the only person in history who has completely recovered from Alzheimers.

TMZ has learned that a judge has ordered Paris Hilton back to his Los Angeles courtroom, telling her she must attend tomorrow morning's hearing. She could be sent BACK to the slammer!!
Late today, L.A. City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo filed paperwork demanding a hearing before Judge Michael Sauer to determine why the Sheriff's Department allowed Paris to get out of jail when the judge had expressly ordered her to serve out her entire sentence.
The hearing is scheduled for 9:00 AM PDT on Friday.

Only Paris Hilton can turn a 23 day jail sentence into an international comedy. Perhaps the judge will now sentence her to a mental institution.

OOOOHHHH that would be great! Maybe the next season of the Simple Life could be all about Paris in the mental institution all drooling and incoherent from the meds. Thats hot.
