Rumer Willis empathises with Paris Hilton

RUMER WILLIS, the eldest daughter of BRUCE WILLIS and DEMI MOORE, empathises with the plight of PARIS HILTON as the socialite gets ready to begin her 23-day jail term.

Hilton has to report to Los Angeles' Century Regional Detention Center by 5 June (07) to start serving her sentence for violating her probation following a 2006 drink-driving arrest. And Rumer, 18, believes Hilton's predicament is the result of growing up in the public eye.

She tells website People.com, "I haven't talked to her, but I wish her the best. I think there a lot of people that are supporting her. "I think it's definitely hard growing up in L.A. with all of the things that you have to deal with, and being so young. I think sometimes people don't realise the amount of pressure that can come."

Oh piss off. Born into privillege- i can think of worse ways to grow up. I have no sympathy for these girls. No one even gave a shit about the Hiltons until parisite made that sex tape. She could EASILY have remained a nobody.

When I was growing up there were a lot of things going on around me that i chose not to get involved in. If I did get involved, I had to face the consequences. None of these rich kids have ever had to hear the word NO and it's about damn time they did.

Rumer is just trying to ger her 15 minutes of fame by commenting on something she knows nothing about and reminding everyone that she, too, is a "star." I doubt Paris Hilton even knows who she is. She'll probably read this and be like, "Rumer Willis?? Ohh... that man who follow Lindsay around like a dog?"
